What we collect
When you write to us through the form, we receive your name, your business, your phone number and, if you share it, your email. When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send. We collect nothing else. The website itself sets no cookies and runs no trackers.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to prepare your quote and to deliver the services you hire us for. That is all.
Who else sees it
Your form submission passes through Web3Forms, our form delivery service, and lands in our mailbox. WhatsApp messages pass through WhatsApp. Our website is stored by a hosting provider. None of these parties may use your data for their own purposes. We never sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our mailbox until the conversation ends. Client records are kept as long as the contract requires. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@daastkar.com and we will do it within a few working days.
Changes
If this page changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
One note for clients
This site describes our services in plain words. For clients, the signed agreement is the binding document and always prevails.
